What if you're not broken?
Perhaps it's just time to start looking at things differently?
Being human isn't easy. We live in an unpredictable world where we have to juggle jobs, relationships, finances and various forms of loss, whilst simultaneously being under pressure to know who we are and how we want to show up in the world. Understandably, some days it can all begin to feel too much, and we can end up feeling very isolated and alone.
At these times, therapy gives you a space to stop, reflect and take a breath — without judgement and without the assumption that you just need to be 'fixed'. It can be a place to make sense of what you're experiencing, explore the things that matter to you, and perhaps begin to see yourself and your life from a different perspective. There's no right or wrong reason to come to therapy; sometimes you know exactly what's troubling you, and sometimes you simply know that something doesn't feel right. In either case, I am here to help.
"Working with Rob has been a deeply positive experience. Even when the subjects were challenging, I always felt supported in a safe and calm space. His thoughtful guidance helped me move through difficult moments with reassurance and care, and as a result I now feel more able to move forward. His skill and presence throughout the journey have made a real difference to me."
An Invitation.
Look Deeper. Live Differently.
Hi, my name is Rob.
For over 17 years, I've worked in education and then therapy. During that time, I've been dedicated to supporting adults and young people through life's challenges in a variety of capacities, helping them move towards greater clarity, resilience and fulfilment.
As an integrative counsellor, I help clients explore their inner world, confront difficulties with courage, and develop a deeper understanding of themselves and their lives. I'm experienced in working with people of different ages and backgrounds, including neurodivergent people and members of the LGBTQ+ community.
Working together, we'll create a space where you can feel grounded, heard and fully able to explore what you're feeling. We can look at the patterns, beliefs and experiences that may be shaping how you see yourself and the world around you — without judgement and without rushing to find easy answers.
My aim is to walk alongside you through difficult times, helping you make sense of your experiences and discover new ways of understanding yourself and your life.
If you'd like to explore working with me, please get in touch for a free 20-minute chat. There's no obligation to continue. It's simply an opportunity to ask questions, raise any concerns and see whether you feel comfortable working together.

"Rob and I worked together after a difficult time in my life, as well as previous experience with therapy. But the time I spent with Rob was truly invaluable and has greatly helped me to be and remain in a consistent mindset and positive attitude. He was incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, adaptable and encouraging which meant our time together was incredibly impactful. By far the best experience I have had in therapy and would highly recommend!"
